I thought I was being smart by ordering a cheap regulator online for my 2014 Hyundai Sonata and having a small garage install it, but three weeks later the window is wobbling and makes a horrible scraping noise every time I roll it down. The original problem was just a slow window, now I've got a crooked glass and probably a scratched door panel. I should have just gone to a proper shop from the start. I've been looking at http://www.alzaabiautocare.com/services/door-window-regulator-replacement-abu-dhabi/ and they seem to know what they're doing, but I'm nervous after my last experience. Has anyone here used them or another reliable place in Abu Dhabi that does regulators the right way with decent parts and actual door alignment? I don't want to pay dealer prices but I also can't afford to do this a third time. Any advice on what to ask or look for in a shop would be great.
